Popped into Eurocell, Abingdon with an idea of what I needed to conceal central heating pipes on the outside of the skirting boards in my large conservatory.
I had no idea if I would find what I needed, but after spending a good while talking to Luke and running through several ideas, he came up with a product idea which turned out to be the perfect solution. I am so pleased with the outcome, and am super grateful to Luke for finding the ideal answer. Robin from Sales was attentive and considerate of our needs and budget, and the builders (team Jez) worked tirelessly into the early evening to make sure our build was complete to an exceptionally high standard. I ordered a patio door on line. The site stated that I would hear back within 3 working days, over a week later no contact, called the Abingdon store they said wait 3 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and I still do not have the door. Appalling service. If you can’t supply from online don’t offer the service. Where’s my door?!!

I think Eurocell is very good because they have a really good website backed up with very helpful staff both at head office and my local branch.

Robin was fabulous and helped tremendously with the order for our garden room in Oxford. We felt he looked after us through the process and his communication was brilliant. The build itself was very smooth and Matt and Josh were efficient, friendly and helpful.

I recently purchased a set of windows from the Abingdon branch, and what can I say, the level of expertise, knowledge and care they took in making sure my order was on point.
