Do not bother. Wasted time and journey
Ordered a product click and collect that said was in stock. Drove half hour to collect. Apparently it's not in stock, never gets held on stock and there is nothing they can do as it takes a week to arrive. Quote, that's just the way it is as they don't actually see stock levels.

Great service and very helpful.
Great service, product range and prices. What's not to like! They even drove to another branch, an hour away, to get the product needed so that my order was fulfilled from Andover. Great couple of guys, Paul and Bill, took the order and priced it late in the afternoon, and it was delivered next day all ready for the weekend. Thanks guys!

I went to my local Eurocell store to get various items needed for some maintenance tasks that are being completed at our house. Dealt with two different members of staff, both polite, happy, professional and bothered to take the time to explain what exactly I needed. I will definitely be returning when I need more equipment. Plus would flag to family and friends this company worth a visit as I know pricing competitive as well
