Simon and Malcolm great at Bath Eurocell branch
I visited the Bath Eurocell branch to purchase various items for my project and both Simon and Malcolm we great.
I don't normally write reviews if I'm honest, but both Simon and Malcolm were helpful and went above and beyond to help with my queries. After this experience, i would go back again for my next project. Thank you Eurocell and Simon and Malcolm.

Eurocell, Bath - Great Customer Service!
Malcolm was very helpful in suggesting what UPVC trim and size I would need for interior Window Shutters even though I’m not a tradesman.
Allowed me to take two different lengths of 20mm & 30mm on sale or return, trusting that I would return the 5mtr length that wasn’t suitable.
Great Customer Service and I would highly recommend using Eurocell in Bath!

My experience was terrible
My experience was terrible, there customer service is nonexistent. I wanted to order two doors and window. There do not answer the phone or reply to emails. I did manage to speak to a member of staff eventually and she contacted my local branch on my behalf and they still didn’t get back to me. I’ll never use them again.
