Helpful advice from friendly staff when visiting the branch

Dave and Danny went the extra mile. Really friendly and professional. Explained clearly what was involved in getting windows fitted how to measure and what my options are. Took me though the window styling ad showed me the frame options. Could not have done more. Even offered hot chocolate! Excellent service.

Order and deliverer on time good comunication

I needed some plastic trim to replace the laminate flooring trim in the kitchen and dining rooms. Having found Eurocell helpful on a previous purchase, I decided to go back and found Dave at the Bridlington store very helpful and friendly. I knew the trim I wanted and appreciated the information and advice given by Dave to decide the adhesive to use. The job is done now and I’m delighted with the results. Highly recommended.

Dave from the Bridlington branch went above and beyond to help us. The item we wanted is not stocked at Bridlington so he contacted the Beverley branch who were equally helpful and resolved our problem. Dave was exceptionally cheerful and was not only able to get the product we needed but really lifted our morning.

Went to Eurocell Bridlington branch yesterday i was served by Dave great advice and knowledge

Although the stock I wanted wasn’t available at the time due to another order Dan advised me within a couple of hours they’d have some in stock. Few hours later and a phone from Dan advising stock was in didn’t delay my job great communication, gem of a branch.

The staff in this place are so helpful the one guy was serving someone but twice apologised for keeping me waiting and offered me a hot drink, the other guy was on the phone to a customer and on his lunch at the same time, yet he served me before going back on his lunch , I am a 68 year old woman and I never know what I need for my many projects but these guys are so knowledgeable, patient polite and make my shopping experience very pleasant I always come out smiling well done guys your a credit to the company,

I visited Eurocell in Bridlington after a recommendation from a friend. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was served by a guy called Dave who showed me all the products available and suggestions on how best to use them. Amazing service and thank you for the advice. I will be visiting again

I stopped off at Eurocell in Bridlington today to get a quote for some window frames & glass for a project I was doing, I was serviced by a lad call Dave who was really helpful & informed on all the store products, I think it was the store manager believe he was called Dan, he also took the time to help show me samples & brainstorm some ideas, between the two of them I actually was sold on everything I needed & at a good price, I thought a shout out to the staff was the least I could do as there customer service was spot on & I would be more than happy to shop/use there service again as well as for myself to recommend them too others
