Excellent experience!

I had been putting off the "Garden Room project" for years - but after one email enquiring about feasibility and a home visit from Robin Illes, who moved heaven and earth to seal the perfect deal - I could not be more pleased with the result!

Also big shout out to the build team at C S Lewis Construction, Josh and Rueben were absolute stars, professional, courteous, and hard working - they have done an awesome job. Could not recommend enough!

An excellent, professional installation. From the initial site visit to the completion of our 3.75m x 5.6m garden room, the Eurocell team took just 14 working days. The product is of high quality, with well-guided configuration provided by knowledgeable and accessible sales staff, and installed by skilled, conscientious tradespeople. A very positive experience overall.

First class service from the delivery driver and the store staff, nothing was to much trouble, this will be my go to outlet for all uPVC fittings and fixtures, highly recommended.

Had to purchase an extra panel after the wife decided she liked them so much that two walls wasn’t good enough and we needed them on all four! The panels were easy to cut, fit and look brilliant.

Robin Iles was great, super responsive, helpful and all round very diligent. Eurocell provided the best quality and also the best turn around time compared to the other options I looked at.

When looking for a garden room we contacted several suppliers and I can honestly say we made the best decision going with eurocell.

From start to finish the service and communication was fantastic, Robin iles was Co-ordinating the build, he was brilliant and helped us to include all the specs that we needed, which was quite a few as it was a multi functional room, recreation space/playroom/workroom.

Robin was at the end of the phone for any and all of my queries and went out of his way to make the delivery, fitting and groundworks run smoothly, his communication with myself and the other trades involved was outstanding. It really made me feel at ease. I think it is vital in a company to have assets such as Robin who are so integral in keeping things running and making customers fell involved and at Ease at every stage, I know there are all sorts of details that need sorting behind the scenes but I felt that was all under control and it got organised really quickly.

The service was fantastic. Every single person involved from delivery to build was efficient, polite tidy and helpful.

I would like to mention that EWB installations who built the room, were really impressive. Great team who worked quickly and to a high standard, I could tell they worked really well together and they were very approachable (and tidy) again fantastic at keeping me in the loop, all staff were lovely.

Would absolutely recommend all of the above to anyone looking for garden room.

Eurocell- Where do I start, from the day Robin arrived at my new house he made me laugh right from the very start, he knew exactly what we needed for our garden and he absolutely excelled, every question I had he was there to answer them strait away, thank you Robin for absolutely everything you have done to make our garden room look just how we wanted it too.

Then there was Jez, Charlie & Rob who where so sufficient & just brilliant at their jobs they all did a smashing job and I am so so so happy with our new garden room.

Wow, where do I even start? Eurocell has absolutely knocked it out of the park with our new garden office. First off, massive props to Robin – what a legend! He's been our rock through this whole thing, always there to chat, sort out our million questions, and tweak our plans without breaking a sweat. Honestly, the guy deserves a medal or at least a pint!

Then there's the groundworks hero who rocked up on time and got down to business like a boss. The foundations were spot-on, setting the stage for the main event.

Enter the dream team of installers – these lads are on another level. I've never seen anyone work so hard and with such passion. They transformed our garden into a masterpiece of an office, and somehow left the place tidier than when they started. How is that even possible? Plus, they were super polite and kept us in the loop, which was ace.

And it wasn’t just the guys on the ground; the admin side of things was just as slick. The communication from Eurocell was clear, quick, and made everything feel like a breeze.

If you're thinking about getting a garden office, or anything else for that matter, go with Eurocell. I can't big them up enough. The service, the team, the end product – it’s all spot on. Cheers to everyone at Eurocell for smashing it. We’re absolutely chuffed with our new space!

I ordered and bought a garden room via Robin at Eurocell, Bristol and the whole experience was incredibly smooth and easy.

Robin provided professional and friendly support on any topic fast and efficiently. He catered for the needs of my plot in a pragmatic way without pushing for additional changes making the experience more personal.

Installation of the house by the fitters was by far one of the smoothest pieces of trade work I've had done. The team worked hard in tough conditions whilst keeping the disturbance to myself at a minimum. They left the site in a better condition than it started with all waste removed. The workmanship of the build itself seems very high, and the attention to detail on caulking and other small but visible job very high.

When I started this project I had reservations about using a large firm over a smaller one. In reality everything I wanted from the smaller more personal firm I got from Eurocell in abundance along with the backing of a large established company.

I recently had a garden office installed. What impressed me most about Eurocell is that the vast majority of the construction materials are produced by them. This meant that the gentleman (Robin) who came to visit me was incredibly knowledgeable about the things that truly mattered to me: insulation properties, quality of materials, guarantees of workmanship and materials. It’s not often these days that you get a salesperson who’s so passionate and knowledgeable about advising the right product for the need.

From agreeing the specifics of the office. It was delivered and installed in less than 6 weeks. The installation team who act on behalf of Eurocell were incredibly professional, polite and highly skilled.

Eurocell suprised us .... so many companies today get the basics wrong ( quick quote, competitive price, call back when promised ) Eurocell got this all spot on. From Sales to design and pricing, then onto delivery and installation everything was efficient and as promised. Robin in particular was a credit to the business, he was enthusiastic about their products and understood our requirements and budget, and stayed in touch throughout.
