This is second time I have used Eurocel and both times 1st actually visiting the premises and second had a delivery each time very helpful and friendly excellent service.

The item ordered and paid for has not been delivered, The delivery courier has said that the delivery cannot be made as the booking time has expired as they had not received the goods from the supplier (Palram Applications).

The website was easy to use. Even though I put the wrong thing in my basket - the team at euro cell, rather than just sending it out called me to check that it was correct - which it wasn’t! So they replaced the item and sent what I needed!!!

Literally no need to do that! It was my error! Nice work team Corby branch!

Went into the Corby branch today looking for window restrictors, was served by Rob who was very helpful and the bonus was eurocell were cheaper than Screwfix and tool station.

Always helpful and going extra mile without fault.

Great service today by Rob at the Corby depot.
This is my first time using Eurocell after a recommendation from my mate.
It took a few calls around various depots to track the product down that needed as the Rugby deport I was was first recommended did not answer the phone on numerous occasions.
Rob was a great helped talking me though all the items I needed for the rubber flat roof install and when we found out I could not get it in the pick up truck safely offed to deliver it to Holbeach.

Excellent service from Rob at Eurocell. Really went above and beyond explaining plumbing stuff to a complete novice. I went to purchase new locks for my patio doors and came away with not omly the locks but a new wealth of information. Many thanks Rob. I would highly recommend a visit to Eurocell.

I had a couple of issues with a new conservatory roof kit, I visited the local Eurocell branch in Corby this morning where Rob was very helpful and sorted out both problems.
