Had initial problems with website
Had initial problems with website - first not adding my location, then timed out waiting to add item to bag. Had to try again the next day with success. Once ordered it was very quick and efficient with a call from the local branch within 10 minutes to say the item was ready to collect.

Friendly and knowledgeable
Popped in the shop at Derby to purchase an Oak veneer desk top. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Showed me samples and got the order placed easily.

Order placed on 28Jan still no delivery date
Order placed on 28Jan. 4 Weeks later (29Feb) and the Derby branch still can't tell me when it will be delivered. To add insult to injury when I asked to cancel the order they emailed to say I had to do it via the website...absolutely terrible service.
