Great customer service from Barry & Gordon in Rutherglen. I placed my order over the phone with Gordon who was so helpful in giving advice about which product was most suitable. One of the items wasn't in stock so he ordered it for me and called to let me know it had arrived. When I went to collect, one of the items wouldn't fit in my car, so Barry kindly delivered it for me.

Absolutely terrible service. I've been waiting 12 days for my order and have had zero communication. When I called, the rep couldn't find my order and promised to call back the next day, which they never did. They took my money but didn't send the product. Avoid this company.

First time I’ve used them. Product selection good. Found what I needed. Collected the next day. Couldn’t be better.
