Awful company. Received a faulty batch of cladding and have now been chasing for a year and a half to reach a settlement. Will never use again. Really do not recommend

Not only did Paul effortlessly guide me through the labyrinth of UPVC options, but he also made the entire process feel like a delightful adventure. Great staff with lots of knowledge about the products they sell and give service with a smile

Awful experience with eurocell, we had our cladding done, however the product started to bow in the heat and was falling off. Our installer has been chasing for a year now to have this rectified. They ran multiple tests and deemed the product faulty, had someone visit the house to check the installation was done correctly, however it’s still being passed from department to department. Absolute shambles, would not recommend at all.

ordered what i needed and had an email almost immediatly to say it was ready the storeman even put my order in the car, the prices are good compared to other outlets, will use eurocell when ever i need upvc,great service

100% excellent customer service from the Gloucester Branch. When I needed a delivery for the weekend, the manager went the second and third mile to get the delivery to me. It was a small £90 order for a one-off customer. It doesn't come much better than this. Highly recommended products, brilliant delivery and superlative customer service.
