Chris and Gary at Eurocell Greenford were really helpful. I had to purchase a number of soffits/fascias/guttering for my roof and they provided me with quotes very quickly and also gave me a discount compared to the online prices. Delivery on time as promised. Excellent customer service, thank you both!

Visited Greenford branch on 24/11/2021 to collect 5m long capping board. Gary was great in welcoming and helping. On my request he helped me to cut the board so that it would fit in my car. He also gave very valuable advice on how to fix it as window board. I wonder why the company does not make 2m length board which would easily fit in a normal family car. However, I would certainly visit the branch again for my future requirements.

Kostas the manager promises the world but always fails to deliver. Absolutely hopeless when it comes to customer service as the staff can't even use the computer or use the wrong account consistently. The outside appearance of the branch is appalling with pallets and rubbish everywhere. They never seem to have any stock and the stuff they do have is damaged or over priced. Management there is abysmal my parrot could do a better job. Gary Hales the so called magic man is hopeless. Another staff member who promises the earth and delivers absolutely nothing and makes poor excuses every time! Would not recommend this place to anyone remotely interested in building plastics!
