Placed order online goods in stock .Confirmation received straight away. Unfortunately didnt receive notication that the order was ready for collection. No real problem, made phone enquiry next day and was able to collect goods. Pleasant service by staff on collection

Awful company
Awful company. I ordered something about 3 weeks ago. I paid £15 for quick delivery. Nearly 2 weeks later I decide to email and ask what's going on. Nothing. I've heard zero from them, except there automated email saying they've received my email. What a joke company. I wonder if the only way I'm going to get my money back is via a claim on my credit card!!

I haven't received my order which I…
I haven't received my order which I placed 2 weeks ago. I emailed the online contact who then forwarded my email onto the local Huntingdon Branch where the order was placed to make contact with me, and still haven't heard anything, despite paying for my items. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend, and I now need to chase a refund.
