Bought some window trims to finish off a shower. Absolutely horrible day so the staff member allowed me access to the rear of the warehouse so I could cut them to size to fit into my car.

Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless! Ordered some decking tape from the website, strangely enough because I have a decking project I’d like to get finished, but unfortunately this get routed through the local office, so if they have no stock, you’re snookered. After waiting over a week I phoned up to chase the order up to be informed they’re out of stock but WILL BE ordering some more and that it now MAY BE in by next week. They really couldn’t care less, I suppose because it was such a small order. I don’t fancy my chances of it ever turning up to be honest. Won’t be using them again.
