Had an unresolved problem with my composite decking I bought from eurocell. After a change of management and Kevin Girdwood took on my complaint things moved very quickly. Extremely happy with the way Kevin handled the matter and saw it through to its conclusion. Thanks Kevin for all your help and delighted with the outcome.

Daren was our initial contact. Everything went smoothly, materials and people turned up when promised. Build went well until it was pointed out to the build team the window was not at the level it should of been.
The build team phoned the company and got the go-ahead to move the window. Done without fuss as it was a prefab error.
Job completed and the room looks god, is warm and fits need of use.

After looking at several decking companies I decided to use Eurocell in Livingston and I am glad that I did. My experience from start to finish was perfect.
