Ordered prior to 11am on 13th Feb
Ordered prior to 11am on 13th Feb. Items showing as in stock locally but I requested delivery. Email confirmation stated that I would be contacted either by local depot or courier within 48 hours.
After 86 hours I emailed to complain about no contact. After 96 hours from ordering, finally got an email giving a delivery of 19th Feb. That's a full week to deliver an in-stock product 5 miles from the depot.
Staff in the depot have always been helpful but this delivery "service" is totally unacceptable.
