Bought nearly £1000 worth of Fascia, soffits and guttering from the Morecambe branch. They were extremely helpful with advice on what products and volumes I would require, without ever being patronising.
Once the project was complete they gladly refunded me on any of the items which I had not used. Great products and great customer care- I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ordered online. Was satisfied with the purchase however communication was a little sparse. I had to chase to get an estimated delivery date even though the online order never stated a lead time. However, all in all a pleasant experience.

I think Eurocell is very good because they are always friendly staff and do everything thay can to help me get my customers materials, very competitive on prices, paul at the Morecambe branch is always a great help.

We visited the store on White Lund Morecambe this morning to enquire if they stocked or could order a part for my box gutter, three of the staff attended us, one was Paul, Dee but not sure who the other man was.
As they could not supply me, or get the part they then proceeded to repair the part, which looked very professionally repaired, they did themselves out of a sale and were quite jovial as they did it, then asked no charge just happy to help.
These three men need commending on there attitude/happy nature to customers.

Always ready to help with queries. Goes above and beyond to get stock in at the best price. Answers emails promptly and returns calls when they say they are going to. Would recommend for pvc products 👍

If you want 5***** service then I would highly recommend going to Eurocell Morecambe. Each and every member of staff I have had dealings with from reception onwards are approachable, knowledgeable and clearly care about giving a high level of customer service to ensure an efficient, smooth process from point of enquiry up to the delivery of products.

I would particularly like to draw attention to the excellent customer service that I have received from Store Manager Paul who has been extremely helpful whenever I have needed advice with regards to purchasing the right Eurocell products for my home including skirting boards, window sills, architraves and related accessories. I have felt in safe hands as Paul’s knowledge of Eurocell products is evidently second to none, he is thorough to gain a good understanding of customer requirements and is always happy to answer questions, with explanations given in user friendly language. With regards to my most recent purchase which included skirting board for a hall and related accessories I was particularly impressed with how Paul thought outside the box to come up with a solution for a tricky area to ensure a good finish could still be achieved. That is certainly going above and beyond!

I would also like to mention Andy the Sales Manager at Eurocell Morecambe who gives great service in the way he does his best to be as competitive as possible with the pricing.

To sum up I would highly recommend the quality of Eurocell products and can honestly say in all my dealings with sourcing products for my home I have never experienced the level of service like I have had at Eurocell Morecambe. From my experience, Eurocell Morecambe is a place where those who work there go the extra mile for the sake of the customer and where you are sure to receive expert tailored product advice that is second to none.
