I use the euro cell Oldham branch always get the plastics needed and if not they phone back to let me know when it’s in stoke

Visited Eurocell Oldham today, and was very impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff, Ricky was great and very helpful would strongly recommend this branch.

I needed to purchase some Walnut coloured ECO fencing for my front fence. Mr Mulgrew and his team at Oldham had none in their local stock. But quickly found the panels in group stock. And even arranged to bring the panels to me all within a couple of hours. In my book that is great customer service.

I have dealt with eurocell for about ten years now and they have always provided an excellent customer service, however today and of my own fault I did have a problem with my order . Today that problem has been rectified by a very pleasant sales person named. Conner and I am more than happy with the way that my own mistake was so pleasantly and efficiently dealt with . Our original windows, which we had fitted before Lockdown, had a fault with the seal. The windows were due to be refitted just as we went into Lockdown; therefore, they were put on hold.
Over a year later, Ray came round to measure up and had new units made up for us within a couple of weeks, at no extra cost to ourselves.

So I decided to revamp the little extension I inherited with the bungalow I bought 6 years ago. Spent months planning how I do it. So I visit my local Eurocell to buy some plastic trim and after talking to a guy called Rick, I ended up putting on a rubber roof. He was Uber helpful and happy to give me his time and knowledge on how best to proceed with the rest of the job, he even gave me alternatives to save me money. Win. Win. The products are fantastic. All the staff are friendly & helpful, and the prices are a lot cheaper than I’d ever considered. So if you’re not sure what it is you need to do, or what you need to do it. Go to Eurocell Oldham & speak to Rick. Highly recommend 😎😀👍

I've never shopped for plastics elsewhere. Rick and the team do an incredible job at making sure they can source exactly what I need. I used to shop around for every job I had but now the team has saved me from doing any of that.

Fantastic branch! The only place I use for all my plastics etc! Rick and all the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I get my materials quickly and if I need something urgently sources it from other branches to keep me going! Great prices and quality materials!!!

I bought two 300mm x 5M white UPVC boards from the Oldham store.
Before installing them I noticed ripples along the full length of the boards.
After installing them around my windows the ripples become more noticable as the light is reflected on them....they look awful.
Are all your board surfaces like this or are these a bad batch??

Unbelievably bad service from start to finish. Initially made an order online that showed as in stock to be told a couple of days later that this wasn't the case and that would have to wait a few weeks for it to be back in stock. I then asked for the order to be changed from collection to delivery to which I was told only head office could do, for me to reply I may as well cancel and reorder, to which I was again informed that only head office could do. I decided at this point to keep the order live as was going to have to wait anyway, so imagine my surprise when I phoned the Oldham Branch today after a month of waiting to be told they hadn't even ordered the fencing panels. At this point, I asked for the head office number which the 'lady' that took call rudely said she didn't have it and just google it, so when I called her out on it as she had given it me previously, she just hung up.

I then called the Head Office who advised me that the stores should not be cancelling any orders without notification from Head Office, which obviously never happened.

I have previously always used the Rochdale branch with no issues and had 5* service from, so do yourself a favour if you are in the OL postcodes and avoid the Oldham branch at all costs.
