Always a pleasure visiting the Penrith branch. The guys in there are super nice and very knowledgeable about their products. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. I walked in the door unsure of exactly what I wanted and walked out having purchased some amazing shower panels. The advice and friendliness of the guys in there are a huge credit to the company. I have been in the branch a couple of times now and would not go anywhere else.

I found Steve at the Penrith branch really helpful in sorting what I needed for my decking. When it wasn't in stock he phoned around other branches and made sure he could fulfill my order, and even delivered himself on his way home! Also thanks to Carl who delivered the bulk of the decking, right to my caravan
