As usual was served by a knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and patient employee (named, Jed). Helped me by cutting into manageable size an unwieldy 5 metre length of Fascia then helped load it up.

Super fast friendly delivery to back garden

I think Eurocell is very good because they kept me informed about the progress of my order. Even when they had to get stck from another branch, they let me know that there was a slight delay. Fantastic communications, enabled me to work on other jobs rather than waiting.

The communication from Ray on quite a large and complex project, made the whole process run smoothly. The order comprised of 65 individual frames to make up the cattery at the RSPCA Hollingworth Lake site. From design to delivery, Ray was there to discuss things and explain the stage we were at. The two delivery’s were arranged to suit us and both turned up on time, with no issues, despite some complex angles in some frames.

We have been in to Eurocell a few times over the past 6 months whilst building a garden room. Each time we had excellent service. We couldn’t have done the build without that store. Having visited the Rochdale branch and requiring some general advice regarding some of their roofline products, I received excellent advice from Sean. He also took the time to show me all the relevant products to complete the project. All items were delivered promptly as agreed.
