Went into the store in Rotherham today didn't know any of the technical side of what I wanted the 2 guys there was so very helpful and polite 100% service will definitely shop there again when I'm next in the UK.

I wanted to complete my eco fencing project and had no hesitation in contacting the Rotherham Eurocell branch. Although there was limited stock, Trevor, said he would try and source the materials from other branches. He called back to say he had managed to collect sufficient fencing from other branches to complete my order. Two days later, he called again to confirm the Rotherham branch had received the stock and it would be delivered the very next day. As I was a returning customer, he gave a discount too. The driver called first thing to confirm delivery. The fencing was delivered this morning by a very polite and helpful driver. The service, pricing, and communication, from order to delivery, has been excellent and I am very grateful. Well done Trevor, you are a credit to the company.

Visited Rotherham depot for advice and was given excellent advice by Trevor. Went away to think of options. Later phoned depot and can't fault any of the staff. All were courteous and very helpful. Delivery driver was great. Really couldn't fault the customer service. Thank you Rotherham Eurocell

Placed an order online on the 9th of July, nothing arrived in the first week when I chased it was on the system for delivery on the 20th of July still nothing, when I called today now advised it will be W/c 26th of July as there is no stock of one of the product and the lorry has broken down, couldn’t write it terrible customer service, no one from the store bothered to call which adds to the shambles

Charged us much more than we would expect on these products. They did not use our set terms.
The counter staff though this acceptable.
