Ordered plastic shower trims and paid for them . Went to the branch the following day to collect them and found they were damaged and parts missing. Asked for a refund but not given one and I’m still waiting for the refund. Very poor service

They put everything in our storage area and then returned with the glass which they put in the house for safety.
