Ordered some guttering and related…
Ordered some guttering and related fittings on-line but inadvertently clicked half-round gutter instead of square, fittings were all okay. Within half an hour I got a phone call from the Stockport branch asking if the half-round was correct. A quick call to Eurocell HQ to correct my order which was then delivered on time on the day stated.
All round a first rate service.

Would have appreciated some sort of message advising that the goods were being delivered, it was by chance that I was in. Steve the delivery driver from the Bradbury branch was excellent, very friendly and courteous.

Initial phone call enquiring about replacement piece of guttering for my mum's conservatory- answered by very helpful member of staff who located the part I wanted & confirmed measurements. Fully covid compliant when I visited later to pick it up by prompt & professional guy on the counter. Very pleased.
