Easy online ordering, very fast delivery. Would have given 5 stars if I'd had notification of delivery as promised. Order just turned up & no communication whatsoever. I just happened to be there to accept it!

Ordered online for skirting to be delivered from Sunderland store at Leechmere then went to shop to order some plastic trim. Lad on counter was very friendly and helpful, he added them on to my previous order for delivery. Surprisingly to me when I got home 40 minutes later the delivery was at my home. The driver was helpful with the drop off and super friendly. Definitely use you again. Thank you.

16% surcharge - very dissapointing
Our company has used Eurocell as our main provider for over 15 years and we have never had to complain about the service we have received during this time.
The service has always been first class from all our local branches but especially Sunderland – It’s so disappointing that after all this time we will be sourcing another supplier and it is all down to cost - after several price increases in quick succession, we are now slapped with a16% surcharge on top.
We appreciate the shortages and the demands for products at this moment in time but as a long-standing customer we do really feel aggrieved by this.
