I ordered a window board at 07.45 which was delivered to me at 09.25 , from my telford eurocell which is 14 miles away , what an amazing service with a smile

Great product at an excellent price, under ordered, but when I said this at collection and they realised I only needed an extra short length, they gave me an off cut for free.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Eurocell in Telford. I originally ordered a UPVC vent from Amazon which was delayed by several weeks. The Branch Manager at Telford (Chris) went out of his way to help me secure a replacement from Eurocell, and even arranged for it to be dropped off at my house just because they were in the area anyway. Really impressive service and a very friendly team.

Chris and Darren were both extremely helpful, great price, great place to buy all your plastic.

They were very helpful both in the shop and on the phone if i wasn't sure what i needed they would advise me didn't have to wait too long for delivery which helped my project move along that much faster this is the second time i have used them and won't be the last as i have more projects on later in the year.

Great experience at Telford. Admittedly, I’m not knowledgeable and the assistance given by Gareth was brilliant. Made me feel comfortable in an environment I was a little apprehensive about, explained everything clearly and, although I’m alert to the ‘upsell’, his suggestions were actually really useful and I’ll likely be back to purchase more.
