Used Truro branch to order some cladding after being let down by PVC Cladding (Online)
Was unsure if allowed to use as not trade and Trade Counter sign on door, but the person at the counter could not have been more helpful, completely put me at rest and helped me with order so it was seamless.
Should have gone local in first place rather than chasing deals online which when I actually got out of my chair, off the computer and into the shop I found cheaper there!
Hopefully product when it is delivered is as perfect as the buying process and service :)

New customer ordering online to collect, system was easy to follow. In less than 6 minutes I received a friendly call to confirm the order was ready, amazing service! An email followed to confirm. All done within 10 mins. Now a happy new customer.

Good service. Friendly staff willing to help and sort materials when they didn't have it. Able to resolve problems and allow me to get on with my customers job and earn a living.
Two small issues, stock levels seamed a bit lower than normal and delivery was fully booked however this was resolved by sales guy (they obtained stock and I collected it with my van).

I needed some additional support brackets to complete my project of replacing the guttering on my bungalow. I phoned the Truro branch of Eurocell that supplied my order for the guttering and spoke with Jack. Jack offered to drop off my additional brackets on his way home from work that same day, as he could see from my address that he lived close by. And Jack didn't disappoint - that's top marks for customer service!
