Called in at the Workington branch for some soffit board ordered and delivered the same day,Tom & Lee were right on the ball. Top service from the lads

Workington is a town that I don't know well. But Tom served me with a smile and recommended a product that fit my door. He was patient, helpful and knew the products. Thank you, it worked.

Dealt with Rob at the Workington branch, he couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and approachable to deal with. Order sorted, he checked I had everything I needed to install the product and confirmed all details to ensure a smooth delivery.

We recently used Eurocell Workington to purchase guttering and fascia board’s great online ordering and items were delivered in 2 days . Delivery man Richard was very helpful and careful . Because we were very pleased with this purchase today I visited the Workington store to buy pvc cloaking fillets both Tom and Rob were very helpful with advice and choice Tom especially packaging the items for me . Couldn’t fault the service and quality! Will be using again Thank you

Last week I called into the Workington store to look at panels for my shower. Eurocell had been recommended to me by a friend whom had recently bought from them. When I called into their premises I had my granddaughter with me. I was absolutely horrified upon entering to hear very clearly from the stores area a very disgruntled employee, clearly voicing his opinion about how he hated his job etc etc. the language used by this man was absolutely disgusting and certainly not what I wanted my granddaughter to hear!!! I honestly could not believe the content of what I was hearing, nor the absolute disrespect this person held for his employers. This person appeared to be called Dave, as I heard another voice call the name Dave and the disgruntled gentleman answered with ‘yeah, what’. I left the store at this point and will not be returning, especially as that member of staff thought it appropriate to speak in such a disgusting manner and to freely use very offensive language. I’m sorry eurocell, but this is a lost sale.

I purchased all my guttering, Facia boards and Composite Decking from Eurocell and have had no issues.
