The garden room market just seems flooded with options and I feel like I explored 99% of them making this review one you can base your decision on.

After deciding wooden / shed style wasn’t for me, they cost about the same and have loads of horror stories of weather related cracking and expansion issues. Eurocel called me after my enquiry and offered a no obligation site visit within a couple of days.

This is where I met Robin Iles and he listened carefully to what I wanted from the new room… I had an idea, part of the space needs to be my office and part of the room needwd to be secure storage.

Robin guided me through options, colours, finishes and even the best position in the garden and his advice won them the order.

It’s just been finished today, I am so pleased and happy with what I have bought - I opted to take on the finishing touches myself to keep the costs down within my budget and I can’t wait to move my office in.

If you’re undecided and have been lucky enough to stumble across Eurocel Garden rooms as an option, get booked in for a site visit and make your dream a reality.

We were let down by another supplier for our soffit and fascia boards, which became even more difficult because we required specialist 600mm-wide boards that were not standard stock items, and had tradesmen waiting.

However, the staff at the Eurocell Yate depot were absolutely excellent throughout. They went above and beyond to source the materials as quickly as possible, kept us updated, and genuinely reassured us that everything was under control during what was becoming a very stressful situation on site.

Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, and their customer service really stood out. We honestly cannot recommend the Yate depot highly enough. The team there were professional, proactive and extremely helpful from start to finish.

The website is very easy to navigate, items are reasonable priced, after the order was place a staff member rang to say the delivery would take about a week, which was expected a good company to deal with.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!!
I ordered an exterior door from them in June. The first set arrived damaged, so we returned them. After waiting almost two months for a replacement, they sent us the same damaged doors again. We had to return them a second time. It is now October, and we still don’t have the product we paid for. At this point, we have requested a refund.

The communication has been slow, the wait times are unreasonable, and the quality control is clearly lacking. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.
Update (Nov 2025):
After I wrote this up, I replied to their email with all the details of my order. A few days later, a lady from the shop finally called to say the refund was being processed — but not a single word of apology from her or from the company. To make matters worse, my husband had to help carry the heavy doors every time because they only ever sent one delivery person to handle such a large, heavy product.

We’ve wasted months dealing with this, and not once did they take responsibility. Awful service, awful communication, and zero care for their customers.

Quick delivery, the skirting looks good and fits well

We did our research, visited the showroom in Yate and had another couple of quotes from elsewhere. When Robin (Iles) visited, it felt like I was chatting to an old friend. He was so much fun. I could see why he appears in the reviews so much ! He was extremely knowledgeable, confirmed things I'd already found out and answered all the questions I had. He makes sure that you have what you want and need whilst watching the budget too.

I feel that this is a superior product than others I saw, yet came in thousands cheaper, so I had the confidence to say yes. The speed of delivery (2 weeks) and construction (2-3 hours to unload supplies one day, another 1/2 day to install ground screws then, separately, less than 2 days build) was a massive bonus, especially as our reactive dog is scared of strangers.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional and efficient including the guys who delivered the supplies, the groundscrew men (sorry can't remember your names) and Gary and Charlie from C.S.Lewis who built the room. They all travelled over 200 miles to get to us yet were still cheerful and keen to do a good job. Eurocell - these men all deserve a bonus !

The only quibble I had is the communication. There is an initial courier delivery of a few bits, which I had no notice of. Ten minutes later the groundscrew guys arrived. It was their day off but they'd been asked the night before to attend. Very impressive and fast but both the contractors and customers need notice. Thankfully, I happened to have the day off. They were in the area the next week so could have saved >400 miles travel if consulted first, and still been ready in time for the build.

I would be happy to use Eurocell and their hardworking employees and contractors again. All a credit to them.

My experience with Eurocell was just perfect, I ordered my product at approx 9pm and received it at approx 9am next day. Couldn't fault.
