Terrible
I paid an extra in order to receive the document quicker and it took the same time as if I didn't.
230€ for a sheet where is printed something that is already written on the registration document.
I had also to wait more because the shipment went froma country to another instead of going directly where it had to. It went from Slovakia, then to Austria, then to Germany, then to three different Italian cities before getting to me
There was also a delay because a problem.

Without this option, the COC would still be on the way to you. The journey crossing different borders is a choice of the delivery company UPS. They share this information with you for more transparency,this is not to be considered a routing problem.
Moreover, we do understand that the cost of a COC is often surprising. However, it refers mainly to the official nature of the COC (safety mark, official manufacturer's approval), more than the data it includes. We remain at your disposal if you need any more information.
