They sent one item doubled instead of two different items. Offered to send the correct one with the next order. When I told them that even if I will make a new order, I can’t say when it will be. They offered to partially refund the item (price minus nominal value), which is ridiculous, as they are not fixing their error with this. I accepted though as there were no other offers abd sent my details. But I still hadn’t received anything, even after reminder

I initially placed an order on April 23rd (Order #300009260) and was very concerned because I hadn’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking number, and my attempts to contact the company went unanswered for a while.

However, I’ve now received the order. Although the communication could definitely be improved — especially during the waiting period — I’m glad that the product eventually arrived.

I’ve updated this review to reflect that the order was fulfilled, but I still recommend that the company improves its customer support and order communication in the future.
