After checking out several auto body repair facilities in the Los Angeles area, I saw Euro Collision Center on the Internet. Heck, even though I don't have a loaner car on my insurance, they provided me one anyway at no charge. They also took care of my deductible!.

The service there is extraordinary. I mean the best. But what is as or more important, my Ford vehicle looked like it had just come out of the dealer showroom! I mean wow!. They did an amazing job.

I have since dropped another vehicle off for some body repair and experienced the same result. This place is the best in both service and quality of work. Truly impressive.

Folks, I can only speak from experience. If you are in the vicinity of Los Angeles and your vehicle is in need of body work for whatever reason, this is where you want to go. Truly.

Fortunately, I have not required automobile damage repair on the many vehicles I've owned through the years so starting out to find an honest reputable and quality facility was a new deal. Glad I put the time in and found Euro Collision Center!

I had a minor fender bender in my brand new 2022 Mercedes Benz A220 just a week after getting it. Since it’s a leased black car, I was very particular about finding the right body shop. I visited several highly rated shops across Los Angeles County but wasn’t impressed. What stood out immediately was their service. The shop provides loaner cars and even offers to drop you at Enterprise if you prefer. Though I’m an Enterprise member, I opted for one of their loaners. Initially, they didn’t have the luxury car I wanted, but Victor went above and beyond to accommodate me. Just as I was about to leave, the car I wanted arrived, and they took the time to wash and inspect it before handing it over. It was clear how much they valued my business, even for a minor fender bender—imagine what they do for major repairs!

My car was estimated to be ready around 9/11, but there was a slight delay, which I understood (it’s a Mercedes, after all). In the meantime, I had a blast driving a BMW 540 M series loaner, which made the wait enjoyable.

On 9/25, I picked up my car and was blown away! The repair was flawless—you can’t tell where the damage was, and they perfectly matched the paint from bumper to bumper. My car looks brand new, and I’ve already received countless compliments.
