Most dissapointed purchase i have had.
I picked the premium package for flowers for valentines day and the flowers sent to me looked nothing like what was advertised. I called customer service and they told me the flowers looked fine and it is because of the season. But half the flowers looked dead and it had not nearly enough colors. Even if the quality depends on season i found a much better bouquet at a local vendor FOR HALF THE PRICE.
Also the card they wrote had mistakes on so they had scribbled part of it out and rewrote it on same card.
Very dissapointed girlfriend for valentines. Thanks for nothing EuroFlorist
Not even close to what I ordered.
The delivered bouquet was not even an approximation of what was pictured on the website. I feel completely ripped off.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Ordered a bouquet and received one with different flowers. When asked them the reason why - they said they reserve the right to "change" the flowers in the bouquet, if the flowers are "seasonal". No mention of this on the website, no money back, not even a discount for a future order to make up for the inconvenience.
Please do not order from them, there are many other stores that offer much better quality and service.
WRONG ORDER - UNACCEPTABLE
i appreciate the quick delivery. However, the recipient received a completely different order that was not even found on the website.
It should indicate on the website that the sunflowers are NOT available, rather than have one not get what they paid for.
Moreover, the bouquet could have been replaced with other sunflower bouquet found on the website. This was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be leaving a review online and let others know to not rely on this service. The least you can do to enhance trust is inform the customer BEFOREHAND that the flowers aren't unavailable. The least I can receive is a refund for this.

I liked the convenience online ordering offers me to send flowers to my friend in Norway. The flowers she received were pretty, but they were not at all what I ordered. The colors were off. The flowers were not right. The greenery was not right. I was very disappointed. When ordering online, I was also told there was no delivery available on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (her birthday), so I selected Friday. There was no information shared with me to let me know when they would be ordered, especially when they were not delivered on Friday. Of course, I was thrilled when she let me know she got the flowers on Saturday. I might not order the flowers again next year, after this experience.
Difficult to change an order if you don't want a substitute
I ordered white Marguerite. The florist could only supply pink although white was advertised. I am still trying to get a substitute but the customer service procedure is terribly slow. Nor do l know if l have been charged. I am very disappointed.
Last time ordering flowers on EUROFLORIST in Norway
I have ordered a bouquet last Wednesday to make sure that delivery will take place on Monday (today) without any problems. Today at 2pm I have received an information that some flowers are missing and they need my acceptance for a change in flowers. I have replied hour later, with a request for more information, and wrote a second email now at 6pm and still have no feedback!!! That is definitely last time I am using euro florist! NEVER AGAIN. And no words for the CS support - totally disappointed!
Disappointed
I chose the florist's selection, expecting the bouquet to resemble the photo shown. However, the flowers were fewer and less vibrant and did not match those in the images.
Very bad flowers/scam
Very bad flowers, Poor service. I paid for the Premium but boquet delivered was not premium and flowers were not fresh at all, petals were falling. Writing on the card was immposible to read.

My flowers was delivered late. I ordered chocolate as adds on but not delivered. No explanation given. Customer service is poor. Never buy anything from this florist.
The card had a printing error
The card had a printing error, meaning the whole middle part did not have ink making it illegible.

My husband sent me flowers on Valentine's Day and the delivery man then used my personal details to contact me for a date!! He even persisted after I told him it was inappropriate and that I wasn't interested. It was creepy and left me feeling unsafe.

The flower is not good anymore it’s almost died, especially the pink rose. And also they deliver early as I expected.
I add on some wraping but the wrapping is not good. Im very disappointed.
