Hello, I've been using Eurohoster servers for over 13 years. Almost 24/7, whenever I open a support ticket, they resolve the issue within 5-10 minutes. Even though it's not their responsibility, they always help whenever I contact them.
The only problems I encountered were because I was tinkering with the servers myself. Otherwise, everything works perfectly.
Some companies just keep you waiting. Those who own websites will understand me; a server downtime of even a couple of hours causes huge losses. If you encounter other companies that just keep you waiting, don't bother working with them.

To my surprise, I found out that many others have faced the same issue as me — though my situation is even worse. My account was suspended because a friend of mine was validating nodes at midnight for a community-driven project on Cardano.

People on Discord recommended Eurohoster because of their affordable prices, so we decided to give it a try. After registering on their website, my friend started mining. He bought five accounts to mine and later purchased over twenty additional VPS instances.

I also bought twenty VPS instances and waited for activation. The next morning, when my friend and I woke up, his account had been suspended. Shocked, I immediately emailed support, explaining that we didn’t know mining was not allowed and that I wanted a refund.

I never mined on my account, yet it was still suspended.

My experience with Eurohoster was a severe breach of trust and privacy. While participating in the MidnightMiner scavenger hunt on my VPS, I unknowingly violated their terms by mining cryptocurrency. Instead of a warning, they proactively logged into my server, took screenshots of my private desktop—including sensitive seed phrases and mnemonics—and emailed them to me as evidence.

This proves that Eurohoster will bypass your privacy and access your confidential data before confirming any terms violation. If your work requires confidentiality, I strongly advise against using Eurohoster. very sad this

Your data is completely unsafe with Eurohoster they logged into my VPS took screenshots and sent them to me.
I was using their service to participate in MidnightMiner scavanger hunt and i did not realise crypto mining was against their T&C. They did not send me any warning or ask what i was doing instead they logged into my private VPS and looked around. I had private mneumonics and seed phrases in there which they took screen shots of they even sent me email with the screen shot.

This means if your usage is high they will violate your privacy to before they confirm if what you are using their service for violates their T&C.

DO NOT USE EUROHOSTER if your work is anyway confidential

They impressed me with their follow-up. After migration, support checked in to make sure my emails and site were working. That extra effort means a lot.

I simply asked a basic question: to provide the list of IP ranges used in the "NL Fast" plan, so I could check them for blacklist presence before making a purchase.

The reply from operator Andrew was:
"This action have no sense at all. You can check it, maybe found some listing, other will be clean. What next? You can't use this information."

Right after that, he just closed the chat.
Total disregard for a potential customer.
If this is how support treats people before they even buy — I don’t want to imagine what happens afterward.
Decided not to proceed.

Refusing to honor regionally applicable law, hosting stolen illegal content, gaslighting me that there is no proper DMCA process - this host is horrific and should be shut down by the authorities. Customer support agent Roman lied to me multiple times that there is no proper route of legal service and that a host cannot process a legal order like a DMCA, but I was welcome to email their "general abuse contact". Shell company of Russians with bad intentions, and that's all there is to it. We will be taking legal action against this scam of a company, you should never ever use them as they're liars.

I paid for 1 month of hosting with my brand new credit card, it has not used else where. Next day was multiple charges on my card in Russia totally over $6,500.

Do not trust them, they will steal from you

This host ignores any DMCA complaint you sent. They will then ask for the complaint to be DSA compliant. Once you do that, then they say, you don't own the item you are swearing you own and that the pirate site could be the owner. I wish I knew who they were taking payments through. This company hosts illegal content.

Hi! We recently found out that the website hosted by Eurohoster Ltd. distributes illegally obtained copyrighted content (basically our intellectual property). After we've sent multiple DMCA requests, provided legal documents proving our exclusive rights, filled out multiple forms, they still refused to take down the URLs and didn't respond to our requests. The email addresses listed on the website do not work. Website support from Roman Isayuk was frustrating as he refused to even comment on the status of our report. We tried to message through other channels but still didn't receive any answer. The company owner Andrii Balitsky (Andrey Balitsky) seems to be aware of the content hosted by his company but refuses to take it down. We are going to EU court to sue them.
