Excellent clinic that consistently deliver good results

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided great care. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the waiting time was minimal. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality and outstanding patient service. I recently did prp hair and pico laser in this clinic, machine was high end.. trusted clinic ever since I came here in dubai. you should try folks to visit their clinic.

I have been visiting euromed clinic for different treatments as well as my family for lasers and dental treatments.
The care we are receiving is super and we couldn’t find it in any other place in Dubai.

All the staff and nurses are really warm and friendly too, and the overall atmosphere is great!

Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this clinic and especially Dr Fazeela to anyone. I have received a promotion on my WhatsApp advertising miraculous 1-time session scar removal treatment and after having a wound on my face for 3 months and paying over 5000AED my scar looks the same if not worse. They refused to help or offer a solution, insisting to see the celebrity doctor probably to sell another “miraculous” treatment.

PATIENT'S PSYCHOLOGY COMES LAST.
Dr. Rupinder Kaur Ruprai was way too brusque like she wanted to finish as quick as possible. I didn't received any human warmth or kindness. Very icy doctor.
Plus, I explained I went for a simple Pap smear and that I would pay with my own money because I don't have health insurance at the moment. But the day I went, they did to me other tests I did't request, without specifying they would have charged me. So at the end of the visit I had the surprise of 3.700 aed bill. That's crazy. Never again.

We have now entered an area when medic guys offer you kinda buy one get one free. After the consultation, we decided to have my problem fixed abroad.

Terrible clinic... please beware... I went 2 years ago for botox and fillers and was extremely unhappy with the result and when I went back for a 2nd consultation to discuss this with them they were uninterested in rectifying their mistakes or offering any form of compensation. I vowed then that I would never return... until 3 days ago when they were offering a body treatment that was buy 1 get one free, so I booked a consultation. I had previously enquired as to the price per session for this treatment and was told between 800-900 aed per session. So when I saw the promotion I was prompted to put aside what had happened there previously. However on attending the consultation I was told that the price for the buy one get one free promotion was 2000 aed... so this is actually more expensive. The consultant understood my confusion and agreed that there was something amiss and said she would speak to the management about it and come back to me. She called this morning and said the management was unwilling to do anything on the the cost of the treatments, so that is the end of my Euromed journey... I will NEVER EVER go there again as they really don't care about their clients and have no interest in helping anyone only lining their pockets.... so people beware!!!

Very professional consultation for hair transplant with good follow up and after-care service. All went according to plan and I would recommend the clinic to anyone seeking the same treatment.

Very unprofessional staff.
Very rude and patient's health and psychology comes last.
I had done a procedure on my face and went all bad and no one cared to follow up nor to give me treatments to fix it. They gave me a treatment on to just make my skin a bit softer for that day and nothing more.
It's been one year now and I am still having a swollen eye like someone has punched me.
I will leave a review every day to remind them every day of my suffering like I do remember them when I look into the mirror.
