Delivery issues
I am Nadine, my order was Nr. 48622. Thanks for the order, I received the ordered products and I am satisfied! I was not satisfied with the delivery. I was at home and the delivery agent didn't ring the bell. He left a piece of paper and wrote only the number 34 (it's the neighbor's house number). No name, no message, just the number 34 !!! There are several people in the house who also receive different orders. I had to guess that this was my order and that 34 was the number of neighbors I didn't know.
I consider that the agent showed superficiality and gross irresponsibility. If I hadn't been home, he would have left me a clear message, not just a number on a blank sheet of paper! But I was home and he didn't ring the doorbell!

Before service was good and I have left 5 starts review. But recently service is very messy, sending me wrong amount of products (gave me 10% off on all the ones they've sent to me by mistake which I've agreed) and still haven't no news about my remaining refund for 4 months now. emailed/fb message/chat - no resolution. Very frustrating.
