BEWARE!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!
Went in for a screen replacement and happy with the replacement, but only realised a couple of days later that 1 of the microphones was not working as do not use the phone feauture everyday. This was working upto the point of handing in my phone for repair.
When i went in, they were not willing to take reaponsibility and giving all sorts of reason for it not working, like its a software issue, i need to reset my software, they have been fixing for 25 years and they would not make this mistake, they could not test everything as i handed the phone in maintenance mode. I cannot imagine handing the phone unlocked as the repair is not done in front of you but at the back.
Their solution is to open the phone to change the module but i needed to pay for it.
Pray that you dont get any collateral damage if you go in for repairs as they will never accept fault. Do avoid.
