I recently purchased a CarPlay decoder from this company. It never arrived. However, this was not the company, they had sent it. The problem was it went missing when it got into the Spanish Correos. Anyway, I contacted the company and without hesitation they sent another, express delivery with a courier. That is service you don’t get very often, anywhere.
I had a few issues with the installation, but that was me, not the product or the company. They have been there every step of the way to the system now working perfectly.
Not only would I use them again, but I would recommend that you use them. You will not be disappointed. Thanks everyone for your great help and service.

This is a really bad company with an extremely poor level of customer service. In fact, customer support practically does not exist. I tried multiple times to contact them via WhatsApp — my messages were clearly seen, but I never received any reply. Being ignored as a customer is frustrating and completely unprofessional. Because of this lack of communication, my issue was never resolved, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered CarPlay + 2026 Maps + the Firmware Update for my Audi TT FV and received the data via download. The installation guide was easy to understand, and the installation worked just fine. Since I had problems with the final activation of CarPlay, I contacted customer service, and Antonio helped me out with lots of patience. He responded very fast and finally we managed to get CarPlay activated without any further issues. Everything is now running perfectly, and I’m really happy with the result. Great service and highly recommended!

I purchased an update of my Porsche PCM and map-data and installed it myself. There was a little hick-up due to my USB memory stick during the update process. Even though it was a Sunday, I got immediate support via email. My questions were immediately answered. Absolutely top service !!!

Everything great — simple to buy, simple to install, and you get instructions included. Fair price, and best of all, the customer service: Antonio responds immediately, is very friendly, and genuinely wants to solve the problem if one comes up — even if it’s your error, not theirs :).
