Not Trustworthy
They are an okay bullion dealer in terms of variety and pricing but from personal experience they cannot be trusted. They are currently offering "silver deals" through groups on Telegram. One of the offers that was proposed while the prices were going up last month was simply not respected by Europa Bullion. They said they would extend for another week a certain price that was communicated and the next day when I was going to make the order, they simply said they would not hold their word and not value the offer they gave as valid. Essentially I lost all my trust for this company that does not keep its word or promises made to its customers.
