Have used the company several times before and only been disappointment once due to lack of availability. Prices are affordable when you think of what it would cost us to go to France to shop in person; which we would love to do if we could. Unfortunately, we live nowhere near London which means delivery is the only option (which has been reliable) with the slight inconvenience of loads of recyclable packaging to cope with.

Excellent item, Morbier cheese,hard to find elsewhere, good weight and very well packaged . Highly recommend.

Very good products, and delivered as scheduled. No replacements of any of the items.
I am very pleased that I can finally buy items from Spain, as I missed them. A 5* from me, although would be even better if they had soft white cheese!

The choice and options on their site were great and the service and delivery of my goods were punctual and as described. I would thoroughly recommend this site if you want something of quality.

Great service, fantastic food, well packaged and delivered within the time frame given. Goods are more expensive than in France (understandably), but it will always be cheaper than going to France.
Having French foods like these delivered at home, is like having a bit of a French holiday at home.

The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process went well from start to finish. My qualms are that there was one item missing and one which was out of date on arrival.

This was a last minute order and it all came on time - I was kept upto date with texts and email. I initially had a problem with payment but this was rectified very quickly so as not to delay my order.

Apart from the delivery mix up which was not your fault, (messages from the delivery company saying delivery at the wrong date/time) the food was great. Everything I ordered was sent unlike some other French food suppliers I have used. Will definitely be using you again.

Found customer service extremely helpful when I rang them with a query. Ordered the product on line and they delivered on T time on the date I requested. All good so far. Except on opening the parcel out of the 14 cans of William Saurin Choucroute 7 cans had several types of damage mainly severe dints. The parcel itself was not damaged and the cans had been packed carefully with a filling. Thus 7 cans packed damaged. Bit disappointed as this was my first order with this company.

Good website and easy delivery

First experience of using this online supermarket and I am extremely satisfied. I bought some Carte Noire coffee pods which I can only buy when I go to France. I am super happy I finally found a supplier in the U.K. and the price was good.

This was my first order from EuropaFood. Everything I ordered was delivered and of the quality I expected. Lovely to find the ginger and lemon Haribo's thatbI couldn't find anywhere else in the UK.

I switched to Europa when my supermarket stopped selling cassoulet. Same brand so excellent quality. And their online service is ideal. You choose the day, then 24 hours before they send you a 2 hour delivery slot. Easy and convenient.
