This company is excellent! No messing. I ordered the exact part i wanted (Sissy bar). i adapted the order the next day. Eurocustom responded immediately and adapted the order without charging extra although there was a price difference in their favour.

The goods were shipped and arrived via UPS (Quality couriers) a few days later with tracking and updates.

The package arrived exactly when predicted.

The sissy bar was very well wrapped and protected. Very good quality for the price paid and simple to fit. Less than hour and we were ready to burn.

I would deffo recommend this company and look forward to buying from them again!

Ordered crash bars from them correspondence with them very good tracked item all the way, good price well made arrived a day early than expected so for me top marks.

Be aware, I ordered items from this company totally €158.90 and ended up paying an additional £41.54 on Import VAT.by uk customs.
I was totally unaware I’d be subjected to this charge and when I queried it with Euro customs I was told it was nothing to do with them it was charges incurred by UPS the delivery company.
As it turns out UPS Invoice states, charges were;
£28.64 import VAT
Brokerage charges.??? £12.90
Total £41.54.
I was told by Eurocustom.com
I’d I wanted to return the items I would be charged for shipping - -BOTH WAYS !!!
UPS didn’t have a card reader and could only accept cash, otherwise the parcel would be returned to the depot where I could call and pay it by card.
Never again either Eurocustoms.com or UPS.

in fairness, the goods from the company were good.

They are legit site, I've ordered from them at 2024.01.07 they almost sent immedietly an email that my package is enroute via UPS, today (2024.01.12) i got my sissy bar for suzuki vz 1600 marauder which is a rare bike, so i was worried what would i get. But everything was Just as promised, oh and i was expecting it at 2024.01.15. Ordered from hungary Európa no problems

Wasn't too sure about using this company as I couldn't find any reviews and it wasn't a UK company.
Ordered online. Company maintained constant feedback and responded to email query about VAT/Customs etc quickly.
Part arrived by UPS within the week, excellent quality.
