I odered several products worth 500EUR.
After few days I realised they had not a single item in stock, and delivery time, for all but one item, was not even estimated. I requested a refund several times. Not a single reply to the 10 emails or calls.
I had to contact the european consumer ceters network to file a complaint.
He finally refunded 90% of the paid amount.
Worst ever online purchase experience, avoid.

Do not order from them. They only have advance payment and will not state any delivery time, won't reply to email and won't deliver any of the ordered products.

Ordered two items - no answer to my mails; no speakers, simply NOTHING!!!!!

Just a reminder do not use this company Europe audio or Loudspeaker freaks same scammers they do not reply to communications after you have sent money never sent all of my order totally ignored my dozens of emails ,worst company i have ever used there are thieves YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

No answer to my emails telephone number does not exits.
The only thing i wanted to know if the speakers that i want to order are available.
When i look at all the reviews i thinking to skip this seller and have more luck with a seller that complies to my email.

Ordered a pair of speakers (1800eur) and recived them in time. They don't respond on emails, but the speakers awesome.

Scam site. No responses to emails, takes money, does not ship anything.

Never got my order. I got a note through the door with a scribble on it, which was of no use to me, and no order. I contacted both europe-audio (loudspeakerfreaks) and the delivery company, and they simply washed their hands of the matter and said it had been delviered ... which it (maybe) had been, but not to me!

So europe-audio/loudspeakerfreaks got a lot of my money, and I got nothing in return. Not a very good business model if you ask me!

WARNING!! DO NOT USE!!!! No ordered products delivered and no many in return!!!

Europe Audio and Speaker Freaks are the same company, don't buy there, you don't get your goods and your mony is lost, I have ordered for 2 months ago and received no goods.
Poor e-mail contact, means no contact.

Thieves. They withdraw money and don't send goods. Send to the police!

Poor communications, but turned up eventually, I had to keep emailing shipping company to get a response

ordedred 400€subwoofer in january, didnt ever receive it.

Contacted police, contacted consumer protection, atleast 30 messages to shop, no reply. There goes my 400€ for these thieves. DONT SHOP FROM THEM!!!!!! Also known as loudspeakerfreaks.com AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
