Europe Journey Reviews

Friendly and helpful driver. Sent confirmation texts. Gave great ideas for our day with our driver regarding sight seeing. Was cognizant of the time for our airport departure.

Guide spoke good English. The drive was smooth and the vehicle comfortable, clean. We were provided water at the start. We were provided with opportunities to experience places not originally scheduled. The guide, Jan, was courteous and we enjoyed our conversations with him.

very hospitable and reliable. Peak experience

Irrespective of the last minute request, Viator was kind enough to accommodate a date change without any hassles as our flight was delayed. The communication and response was super fast from Viator. Dinka our Chauffer did a phenomenal job of driving us and bringing us back safely on time. He was extremely courteous, helpful and very friendly with great guidance during the trip. He has maintained the car in top condition in great cleanliness. Thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Amazing service! Alex was very kind and even gave us some history about Croatia while he drove us from split to Dubrovnik.

We booked a private driver to take us from Lugano to Zurich with a two hour stop to see Lucerne. Marcel picked us up and we asked him to take the St Goddard Pass (a longer but more scenic route) it was absolutely gorgeous, and is a little "harrowing", and it began to rain, but Marcel is totally professional and gave us a safe and beautiful scenic drive. He was punctual and personable! Excellent! Thank you Marcel

Our guide Tomas was professional, courteous and friendly. He provided helpful tips on the area. We had a wonderful day touring Mondsee, St. Gilgen and Lake Wolfgang. The gondola located in St. Gilgen to the top of alp provided excellent trails and spectacular views! Highly recommend taking the trip. Mondsee has a beautiful trail around the lake that is pleasant. For those fans of the Sound of Music, Mondsee is where you find the cathedral for the wedding in the movie. Europe Journey did an excellent job with communication before our trip with prompt response to any questions we had. Thank you Tomas for a wonderful experience we really enjoyed our day.

We had a wonderful driver transport us from Vienna to Salzburg. We stopped along the way to go to Hallstatt and our driver recommended we take a little boat across the lake to avoid some of the traffic. It was a wonderful suggestion and we really enjoyed seeing the beautiful lake. I highly recommend this company for transportation.

Today went very smoothly. I was impressed with Martin our driver. He was excellent! Very kind, punctual, knowledgeable, super careful and reliable. All of his recommendations to stop off at on the way to Zurich were very good choices. We would recommend Martin your driver and your very reliable and great service.

Thank you kindly again

Fantastic! The ride was very comfortable, and we got to stop in Ston for the oyster experience! I would highly recommend using this service for transferring from Dubrovnik to Split or vice versa.

We had an amazing experience with Dinko on our trip from Split to Mostar and Međugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina. From the moment we started our journey, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
One of the highlights of the trip was listening to Dinko explain Croatian history during the drive. His insights made the journey so much more interesting and gave us a much deeper appreciation for the region and its culture.
Throughout the day, he was excellent at communicating where he would be waiting for us, which made everything stress-free and easy. He also pointed us toward all the best spots to visit, ensuring we made the most of our time in both Mostar and Međugorje.
Dinko truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We felt well taken care of from start to finish, and his passion for sharing his knowledge and helping visitors enjoy the area really stood out.
We would absolutely book with your company again, and we will definitely be requesting Dinko the next time we return to Split. Highly recommended!

The company was very communicative, we were kept informed from booking to the end of the journey, and the driver was professional, helpful and personable. The vehicle was well appointed with a variety of drinks, as well as very clean and comfortable. I recommend them highly.

Armando was an excellent driver and tour guide. Never felt rushed and he was very knowledgeable.
Great experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Europe Journey! We enjoyed flawless, door-to-door service from Prague to Vilshofen with our driver, Tomas. He made the entire trip smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.
We will definitely be recommending your company to our travel agent and to our friends in the future. Thanks for everything!

Europe Journey provided private car transfer services for my trip from Vienna to Salzburg to Prague. They also provided a tour of the Eagles Nest and the Alps.
Their drivers were professional, safe and timely. And they could also be informative and fun. While the drivers are not tour guides, they can provide good information. If you want a private driver, their services are very good.

Great communication, we were picked up on time, the driver was excellent & pointed out areas of interest

We had a last minute change of plans and we were able to book a private transfer from Munich to Prague with a 5 hours’ notice, including a stop in Regensburg. Josef was professional with a very clean car perfect for our needs. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for an alternate to trains or buses. The 2-hour excursion along the way makes this even better.

We are from Singapore.. Still on our holiday. Last month March 2026 was Munich. For April 2026, my family of 4 flew in to Zurich had a wonderful trip to Zurich, Lucerne, Bern, Tasch to take the Zermatt Shuttle then pickup from Täsch to Lake Geneva and to Interlaken. Today, we left Interlaken to Venice, Italy. Our trip Planner is Ms Bara. She will message me the driver’s name and contact the day before. Tomor we will continue our trip to Innsbruck, Munich, Salzburg and stop at Vianna. Flying back from there. Reliable company. Highly recommend

We booked 3 transfers to move among Budapest, Prague and Munich. From initial booking to the travel day, everything was smooth. Customer service was prompt, and all 3 drivers were on time and polite. Will definitely recommend their service to others.

I emailed them from the US and was able to get private drivers for two days in Munich . It worked wonderful. We were able to pick and chose what we wanted to do!
