Do not buy from this store! I ordered a Dallas Cowboys Dak Prescott jersey and needed to return it ( within their return window). I have been told that it cannot be returned as it has print on it and Dallas Cowboys have decided they don't want returns. This is of no relevance as my contract is with the NFL shop but they are still refusing to do anything about it. If you enjoy hassle and appalling service then order from this shop. If not, steer well clear

Never received my order. The shop-website does not contain any contact-details to reclaim payment. Looks like scamming "customers".

I ordered a gift and it arrived but was the wrong size. Once I contacted the team they were immediately responsive and have remedied the situation. Great customer service

10/10 shirt

Purchased an NFL Bears jersey through this company, arrived on time but the stitching is awful on the top with lots of loose ends . Also had it personalised for my daughter as a surprise but one of the numbers isn't straight and the no7 on both sides of the jersey hasn't been stuck down properly on the corners. I've now sent a number of emails to customer service with no response as yet. I haven't been able to give the jersey to my daughter yet as I want it fixed as no doubt after the first wash the numbers are going to peel off even more.

Placed and order on december 15th on a jersey. Today I received an e-mail saying that the order was delivered but I didn't receive anything and when I go to the Fedex website to track the order says that it was returned to the sender. I tried to use the chat box on the website but it didn't help with anything and when I said that I wanted to talk with an assistant, it said that they were unavailable at the moment and because of that I am without 87€.

Caps purchased were in great condition and arrived on time with all original stickers on the cap and box!

Easy to buy from packaged well and always quick delivery.

I ordered a jersey on 5 October with a promised delivery date of 31 October. This was meant to be a Christmas present.

Instead of receiving the item, I was sent repeated delay emails for over three months, only to be told on 6 January that the item was out of stock and my order was being cancelled and refunded.

Keeping a customer waiting for months and then cancelling after Christmas shows extremely poor stock control and customer service. If the item was unavailable, this should have been communicated honestly much earlier.

A refund is the bare minimum, and a 25% voucher is meaningless after wasting months of a customer’s time and ruining a Christmas gift.

Completely unreliable. I would not recommend ordering from NFL Europe.

They have since offered a further voucher but I'm still very disappointed.

Orderd a 3xl custom.
Got a 2xl jersey, customer service is absolute the worst.
They want me to send it back. But the whole pocedure is just horrible.
Every time someone “new” mails me. And they dont read the last mails.
The asked me two times wich jersey i want to send back..

I've been watching American Football coverage in the UK since Nicky Horne introduced it to us on Channel 4 in the 1980's.
I managed to see coverage for some of the play-off games on and after Xmas.
It's during this time that I saw NFL shop being advertised.
Once I got to the site,it was fun to look around their gear to see what was available. I was like a kid in a candy store!
Then I saw it; a football displaying the unification of the AFL and the NFL, creating the first Superbowl in 1967 (my birth year?)
With the very worthwhile discount and low delivery costs, I couldn't get the ball ordered fast enough.
Bearing in mind that I ordered the ball very late on Christmas night, it showed up yesterday - 29th Dec '25. Personally, I think that's pretty quick 😳🤯.
It's a terrific bit of kit and I'm over the moon with my purchase.
When i get a few spare quid, I'm going straight back to grab another one or two bargain.
