Trying to buy a jersey online with the promotional black Friday code clearly stated online offered with the product. When we go to checkout it won't apply the promotional code.
Have tried online chat and customer service e-mail and worst customer service ever. A new agent answers your email reply and when you feel like you get somewhere the next agent just gives a generic response
Awful customer service for a simple question on why the promotional code offered with the jersey online isn't working or was it wrongly advertised. Still can't figure it out. I think customer service agents are chatbots I think that's the only explanation for this customer service.
