Zero Patient Care!

I’ve been a patient of this practice for over 16 years. I regularly made hygiene and dental check visits and was happy with the service. However in January I suffered with acute dental pain caused by an impacted wisdom tooth. I expected my dentist to take care of me and resolve the problem. Sadly the patient care has been non existent. Prescribed antibiotics failed to work, second prescription helped but no follow up from the practice on my condition. I had to make my own appointment for a scan. They needed advice from a specialist on how to deal with the infected tooth, so told me to wait for a phone call. They didn’t call me back for nearly a month. Meanwhile I’ve resolved my pain by using a different dental practice. This business is good for the basics but to be avoided if you have tooth ache and need urgent care.
