Bad client support service
Ordered in Nov 27th 2025 and still no news about shipping since (we are Jan 11th). No communication from support service despite sending emails. I'm truly disappointed by the ELF shop.

Order number 28430 made the 24/12/24… we never received the goods. The shop answer only few emails. After one month waiting we had to cancel our order and ask refund. But we didn’t want the money we wanted our goods… Being an ex player I wanted to support the spread of American Football in Europe wearing the merchandise of one of the team. Really disappointed experience.

Horrible experience ordered a galaxy shirt and hoodie both purple when I got my package I got a black hoodie with the wrong design and no shirt plus the box looked like it been to hell and back … they don’t return emails or anything … luckily I bought it through PayPal so I filed a claim .. do not buy from them

Refund Policy is a joke
The Refund Policy is a joke. First you have to register your return shipment. And then you have to wait...and wait and wait. They say they have to check the return first. Never heard that before. I'm waiting for 5 days now and im still not possible to return the order. Absolutely inacceptable. Because that means i have to wait vor my money even longer. Ridicolous. I strongly recommend not to buy there.

I paid for fast shipping (4 days max). When after 6 days I ask for a refund of my fast shipping they decide to cancel my entire order. Without so much as a how do you do...
