I was nervous about buying so much…
I was nervous about buying so much buckwheat flour, so shared with a gluten-free friend, who has never tried it, and two glu-free relatives. We are now madly looking up recipes!
I used some in a loaf with the shelled sunflower seeds and it was delicious and earthy.
I also shared the cooking sauces which we haven’t tried yet.
The website worked well and the items were good value.
I had never heard of the website but found it poking around looking for Ukrainian things to buy. I will be buying again. Thank You.
