Ho ordinato una giacca il 14 novembre e mi devono ancora mandare il codice di tracciamento anche se ho fatto varie richieste e mi era stato assicurato che mi sarebbe arrivato in pochi giorni lavorativi
Ho ordinato un giubbotto Trapstar il 12.11.2022...il codice tracking mi è stato comunicato il 23.11.2022 dopo varie richieste su WhatsApp, Instagram e posta elettronica... Mi era stato assicurato l'arrivo entro fine novembre, invece ad oggi, 09.12.2022, non ho ancora ricevuto niente e l'app per verificare gli aggiornamenti della spedizione visualizza lo stato "in transit delay"... Altra app di verifica lo da in consegna addirittura tra il 25.12.2022 e il 04.01.2023
Purtroppo SERVIZIO PESSIMO... e speriamo che il pacco prima o poi arrivi "sano e salvo"!!!!
