Disgusting cold calling pressure…
Disgusting cold calling pressure selling.
Had the misfortune of a knock on the door. I was initially interested, but I was working and couldnt respond quick enough.
Mark come back to tell me how he’s been in sales for 20 years, commented on my looks (disability) & my house. Told me he has a new house vs my old one, tried to ridicule me too haha!
Tried to reach out to Euroseal, Reporting to trading standards & taking the footage further.

I'm really sorry you feel this way and I apologise if we have let you down, I am in all honesty a little confused to the review as it says disgusting cold calling pressure, and then you have footage of the incident, did we ring you or knock on your door or do you have video footage of a phone call?
If you could kindly share you details with Trust pilot, I will look into this and get it sorted immediately, We do ask that you can give your details as unfortunately we do have other window companies leaving fake reviews about us, so if people don't share there details we can only assume its fake, so if you could kindly share your details, its private and only Trustpilot and myself will see it. Once I receive them I will get this matter sorted asap.

The lads were great
The lads were great, fitted 5 windows in 4 hours, cleaned up after themselves too.
The only gripe I have is that the frosted glass for my bathroom windows isn't the right design but I am assured this will be rectified ASAP otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Cold callers. Tried to tell me funding is available to upgrade my windows and doors, but they aren't trying to sell me anything.
I've never been in contact with this company meaning they have not legally acquired my phone number.
Judging from over reviews breaking data protection law appear to be common practice for them.

All members of staff have been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had about the product and the options available.
Installation was organised and efficient with minimal disruption and both the house and the driveway were left clean and tidy.
