Products are good and kids like. One small issue with delivery was also solved very quick. Good service.

Great scooter, quick brakes, very well made scooter would recommended. The only problem was the delivery as it delayed for about 2-3 days on the other hand great customer service.

Really disappointed with the product. Bought Story kayak valued at 1.000€. First time use and it lost air in all 3 areas. Obiously poorly built. Not sure why they sell defected product. The solution provided was 50% reinbursement. Quite unacceptable as it does not work. What am I supposed to do with kayak full of leaks? Asides from this it was very scary to lose aire and get full of water in the sea. I was very lucky coast guard took me back or I do not know the outcome.

I bought a dry robe online and it came very quickly, but unfortunately, I bought the medium size which was too big.. I tried to exchange but unfortunately the same colour is sold out so they were very sweet and will give return money and I can order another one later. I also got a free return label very good service.

I was supposed to receive the package within 2-5 days. After two weeks of waiting, I canceled and sent an email requesting a refund. It's been three weeks and I still haven't received the item or my money. Customer service is nonexistent. They told me they wouldn't refund my money until they received the return. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I purchased the NKX Windsurf Inflatable SUP 10' in December 2023 on sale. The board performed well initially, but after only a handful of uses, I noticed a leak in the seam which then turned into a major seam leak, causing a full loss of pressure.

I filed a warranty claim in July 2025, well within the standard 2-year window, and was instructed by customer service to re-glue the seam myself using their video instructions. I followed those directions carefully, waited several days for the bond to cure, and re-inflated. The repair held briefly, but the seam failed again at just 6 PSI (well below the recommended 10-15 PSI range), and on inspection it was clear the manufacturer's original adhesive was failing at the PVC layer bond, not from user damage. I've continued to try repair with HH-66 and aquaseal. And now, a year later, the seam has now burst to roughly 15 inches and is beyond patching. When I followed up, I was told the product was now "outside the warranty period" and offered only a 10% discount code toward a replacement despite the fact that my original claim was submitted on time and the failed self-repair was done at the company's own direction. The product is now listed at full price and the discount is vastly beyond the sale price I originally purchased.

I liked the board itself when it worked, but a manufacturing defect that surfaces within warranty shouldn't become the customer's problem a year later just because resolution dragged on. I'd think carefully before buying from Euroskateshop if you may need to rely on warranty support down the line.

Ordering was simple and quick very satisfied with that experience.

Bought multiple times here. First order was a scooter when my oldest was 3 years old, now she is 12 and still happy with here Story scooter. Also my other two kids are happy with them. Just replaced one of them after 6 years.

I did not recieve my order. I called a few times and was then told that this product was sold out...n

My daughter had asked for a scooter for her 12th Birthday. This was my 1st time ordering through Euroskate and I am so happy with the scooter and so Is my daughter. The design is brilliant and easy to assemble, the size is perfect and it is so lightweight. Delivery was fast. Would highly recommend.

Delivery was not good. Package badly damaged , was not delivered to the correct location so had to go looking for it and delivery was delayed.

The wheels are a bit week because I looked at it when he's been out for only 1 hour and the wheel has already got a hole in it but overall it is amazing

We submitted the order on 13th July and paid extra for expedited delivery but it hasn't yet been received. The tracking status indicates the parcel is in the UK but we don't know where. We have raised the issue via email but the response was of no use- just said to check the tracking status!

Product never arrived it’s currently been over 2 weeks. They have only emailed me back twice and still no refund. Despite all the reviews I’m shocked a company acts like this in 2026
