TV listings show cycling coverage
TV listings show cycling coverage, but we are subjected to hours of tennis on both channels. If you aren't going to show the bike racing, dont put it on the listings. I will never pay for eurosport, you only get to see tennis.

Don't purchase through amazon…
Could not put it better than James Kirkbride but will just add my weight to it.
I also puchased eurosport player through Amazon prime purely to watch cycling at the beginning of the spring classics. The quality of coverage and range of races (when available) is excellent. Initially the uploads were very regular and you'd get race highlights the next day, but this has been getting progressively more irregular. The Giro has been stuck on stage 11 now for a week.
It is utterly unacceptable for eurosport and Amazon to not sort this out between yourselves. Given the volume of customer complaints this is clearly not an issue individuals can sort out.
DO NOT tell customers to raise this with Amazon, it is impossible to get hold of anyone there. I will also be cancelling my subscription to instead rely on live tv coverage. Sure I'll miss some stages but at least I'll not be paying to miss them.

I watched the Giro stage 16 cycling yesterday, and almost shut it down. The coverage was very poor, and blaming others is not the way to go.
Sorry to say, but the combination of Rob Hatch and Sean Kelly is not exactly the best out there - there are others on the team who are much easier to listen to, and more informative. I doubt that I will be paying for the pass in future.

I paid for a month to watch the Giro, but rather ridiculously the only way to watch highlights is if you catch them at scheduled times. No ability to watch on demand at a time that suits. Appreciate rights may limit on demand to some extent but to not be able to at least catch the last 24 hrs of racing at your leisure is absolute rubbish.

Unable to get the current day content for Giro
Similarly to other reviewers, I subscribed to eurosport player via Amazon prime to watch the Giro d'Italia. I was hoping to be able to access the daily highlights program, or the tail end of the day's stage via the player, but it's about 5 days out of date - which is ridiculous for a sports service. Extremely frustrating - I would recommend sticking with Quest for the Giro highlights until they get this sorted.

No Giro after stage 11
Subscribed via Prime to watch the cycling, especially the Giro. Nothing available after stage 11 (stage 16 took place today). Very hard to find any content via Prime- umpteen options to rewatch stage 11 but not all the stages are listed.
Will give it a couple more days and then cancel if no better

Don't buy passes to watch Giro Italia…
Don't buy passes to watch Giro Italia if there is any bad weather forecasting. In 2021, they are not able to provide live coverage due to bad weather (PS: i watched live stages under bad weather 20 years ago). Saying that Eurosport do not manage the recording of images won't be an acceptable excuse. I bought a service with Eurosport which should provide it. And if there were not able to provide the service, they should have stated it before taking my payment. Unacceptable service.

Due to the bad weather part of the race (mountain path) was not covered as the helicopter was not permitted to take off. Eurosport on Amazon... Fail to upload latest content
I'm having the same issue as David Griffiths (and many others) reported a few posts below. Eurosport through Amazon... Watching the Giro (2021) highlights for the first 11 days but then no more highlights packages are uploaded to the app. Just passed stage 15 now with missing highlights. This needs sorting out or you'll lose my business pretty quickly.
Secondary issue is that the management and organisation of the app content within Amazon is pretty poor, very hard to find/search a given Eurosport show.
Live streams do work well, and that's been a pleasure to watch when I have time.
Eurosport - thanks for the reply and for confirming that the stage highlights are up to date on your standalone Eurosport service. That doesn't help your customers who are accessing and paying a subscription to Eurosport via Amazon as a Prime Channel. As of 27/5/21 the Eurosport channel on Amazon Prime is only showing up to stage 11 highlights etc... It should not be up to the customer to chase you/Amazon and be bounced between the two. I've highlighted a problem to you as the content provider, and I'm reporting that the service that you are offering via Amazon isn't working. It should be up to Amazon and Eurosport to work together to fix the issue, rather than you passing on this responsibility to the customer to contact Amazon. I'll not be renewing my subscription to Eurosport again until there is a better technical implementation of the content. The content itself, when available, remains excellent and I've enjoyed the cycling coverage...until you / Amazon decided to stop updating your service via Prime.

Yet More Buffering Problems
Short periods of buffering every few minutes. This has already been noted on here and seems yet to be resolved. Why are we charged £39 to be a test bed for faulty technology, sort this issue please with some urgency!

Please can you uninstall and reinstall the Eurosport Player app and ensure that you have the latest version (8.11.2) updated and also check that you have the latest operating system version updated on the device you are chromecasting from. This will ensure that you will get the fix installed.

Eurosport Player through Amazon Prime - Don't do it
Signed up for a month to watch giro d'italia via prime. Working fine until this week with hour long highlights updated every evening. This has not happened since stage 11, now on stage 14 so 3 days worth of shows are not available. I contacted Euorsportplayer customer service and spoke to them, they blamed Amazon. I contacted Amazon customer service, they blamed Eurosport and said "3rd party applications subscription providers manage when and how movies and TV shows become available to watch as part of their service". So, while I am sure this isn't the whole truth Eurosportplayer need to sort their act out and get content available through prime the same time it is available through their own service.

12 months subscription finished after 2 months .
Paid for a years subscription in March 2021 to watch world superbikes. Now it's May, the bikes are on , and apparently I now have no subscription. Been able to watch content up until now. I can't even delete my account, which I would dearly like to do just so I don't have to have any more dealings with this organisation. Eurosport , if you see this pleae let me know how I can remove my account.

What a waste of time
Just signed up to Eurosport player through Amazon Prime using the Panasonic recorder which normally works fine for Amazon and is very reliable Only to discover that there are no live Eurosport channels, only recorded replays. What a waste of time. I just want a way to watch Eurosport live and don't mind paying but it is proving impossible unless I watch via either my iPhone or pc.

This is as much a review of Amazon as Eurosport. Eurosport player itself is great 5 stars and the Amazon version of it is terrible 1 stars. Eurosport and Amazon need to work together to improve what they are doing here, there is content missing all the time, and eurosport probably should be a bit more upfront with subscribers through Amazon that it doesn't work very well. Did receive great customer service from an employee called Suzie.
