Fraud
Fraud - take the money, confirm the booking, never show up. No phone number to call and emails unanswered. Bank contacted to claim back funds and reported as fraud. Don’t use.

No drivers will turn up .
They take the payment and then send you an email saying that they couldn’t get you a vehicle and will refund you within 3 to 7 days.
I highly doubt it

Absolute disgrace..booked a return taxi for bergamo airport they took 149 euro and no one turned up emailed on numerous occasions but no reply contacted my bank for a charge back waiting for a decision..

Booked taxi to Bergamo airport. Got confirmation and money taken immediately. A few hours later got email saying that they couldn’t arrange a taxi for me and would refund. Sent IBAN and name. Still waiting for refund and emails not answered.

No service, not money back. It looks like a fraud.
After the booking and payment online (26€) we got the replay that it was not possible to arrange the taxi and we would have got refunding plus additional 5€ compensation. We never got any money back, nor any replay to our further e-mails. It really looks like a fraud.

On the 7th June
On the 7th June, I booked and paid for a car service from Hondarribia to Bilbao, Spain on the 8th June. I immediately received a confirmation of a car service that to pick me of a date (7th June) for hours before I had made the booking. I wrote an email and heard nothing back. This. must be a scam.

Booked a taxi from Rodos Palace hours before the confirmed pick up time of 5:45pm, waited until 6pm, nothing. The taxi never turned up but took my money! They are not replying to my emails regarding a refunded. Paid £30, DO NOT USE
